The Alkali Revel 6 Skates are a perfect pickup for the beginner or casual player looking for good value, performance and comfort. The skate comes with 82A hardness wheels which are ideal for outdoor surfaces like streets and sidewalks.
Internally, Alkali used extra-thick ankle foams that provide top-notch comfort right out of the box. They also help to keep the feet comfortably planted inside too. A bonus feature at this price point is the Revel 6 can be heat molded, which creates a custom-like fit and reduces break-in time. Although it's not necessary to heat mold the skates, but a nice option to have. Rounding out the fit, the pro-style felt tongue does a great job of protecting the top of the foot from impacts and lace bite with its thick, reinforced design.
